After being recognized as Coldwell Banker’s #1 Real Estate Broker in Denver for 2012, Tom Gross realized he needed to add administrative support to continue to provide exceptional service to his clients. Lori Gross, his wife, had a degree and experience in Marketing and Real Estate so she joined him on the administration side.
Soon after their move to Kentwood Real Estate in late 2013, as more client referrals continued to come in, Tom felt it was time to build a team of professionals to collaborate to provide the exceptional standard of service he envisioned for his clients. Britt Armstrong, an experienced real estate agent, shared Tom’s vision, integrity and work ethic and she joined the Team in 2014.
As their number of clients increased, it became clear they needed a dedicated staff to execute more of the administrative tasks, so Tom and Britt could spend more valuable time with their clients. Tom hired a full time Transaction and Client Care Coordinator and Lori transitioned into Listing Marketing, Social Media and Team Marketing.
Today the Tom Gross Team includes trusted, highly recommended Realtors Tom Gross, Britt Armstrong and Nancy Walters. On the administrative side, their Transaction and Client Care Coordinator Heather LaKomy, works with the agents in managing contract deadlines, contractor services and communication with clients throughout the process. Lori Gross serves as their Marketing Coordinator. She works with the agents to plan and execute the marketing strategy for their listings. She is always present at photography to make sure they get the best shots to showcase your home.
